Many thanks to Geoff Wheeler,Dave Locke and co for yet another great event!!

Attendance seemed to be better than usual with more dealers/private sellers here too this year, the film lineup was very good too showing more vintage material than ever this year.

Sadly I have to say that the digital presentation this year blew the socks off film this year,Dave locke showed extracts from Great Expectations,Dumbo,Wizard of OZ,A Christmas Carol-Alistair Sim version etc and the light output/definition was incredible using Barry Littlechilds Panasonic 2000 HD Projector.

The next event is already booked for Saturday 16th April 2011.

I certainly enjoyed it, although I had to leave before the digital show. I tried putting some items on the bring and buy stall for the first time - which was moderately successful and more or less paid for a couple of 16mm shorts I bought. It was good to see a show full of recent Super 8 releases from CHC and items like the 'Yellow Submarine' trailer looked excellent on the big screen. I spoke to some guys all the way from Bristol and I noticed Keith Wilton was there.

I remember one or two scope shows at Tadley in the past and I hope another might be possible in future. I know that Geoff has some amazing 16mm scope rarities and it would be good to see some of CHC's recent scope releases. Anyone else go?
