my take up reel does not move so there must be some thing that grips the drive shaft everything is turning in side except the round wheels that the drive shaft fits between

Frances...I think I answered your question in a previous thread. Replacing belts is very difficult on these machines and the cost to have someone fix it...that's if you can find someone to work on it...would be better spent buying another projector.
