Here is one to set the film vs video debate afire. An archival storage can for film and a DVD in the lid! I'm guessing the thinking might be soundtrack on disc and negative film or something but there it is.

Maybe the thinking is negative 16mm film with a scanned digital copy in disc form.

Yes I think it's a great idea,what if in the future screening the film on a film projector becomes impossible or not recommended to avoid damage...the disc will be a copy to play. Of course who knows if dvdplayers will be around in the future,look at VHS players,they are getting rare!
This might be slightly off the subject but there it is [Smile]

Strangely the film on a core in the second picture is 35mm - now that would be a good idea a can for 35mm and the DTS disc.
