Here is one for you Star Wars fans.
I have been chatting to actor Ian McDiarmid the past couple of days on a very casual basis and only yesterday walked him down the road again.

I see him quite often and have to report he is a very nice man indeed. Nothing like one of his most famous villain roles as Palantine and Darth Sidious of the Star Wars series of films.

Didn't I see him in that film from last years, "The Lost City of "Z"?

(which, by the way, is a very good ole school true story adventure film!).

Yes Osi he was in that movie. His role was as Sir George Goldie.

A rumour is going around that he may be back in the Star Wars series as Darth Sidious again. [Wink]

THAT would be so totally awesome as, from what I have read, the "dark Lord" in episode 7 was supposed to be palpatine that somehow survived the "fall' (in "Jedi") ...

It would make sense to at least use his voice if possible. Hey, the older he gets, the less make-up needed, eh? [Smile]
