I'm looking for editor viewer 9.5 mm, no brand in particular, also models of other formats modified to 9.5 mm.
Thank you!

I have just seen on antabazard site that the 9,5 editor at 298 € we discussed about is sold but they have another one (with a small screen) at 158 €, still not cheap but it could give you hope as it is not so rare and it is not necessary always very expensive. Keep on looking from time to time on the sites you know and you may find what you're looking for.

158... not bad, but you say well, for sure I will find a great deal to take advantage of this beautiful film format!
Thank you! [Smile]

it's always difficult to advise on such subject because you never know what machine can be on sale and when. You may find tomorrow a better editor for half the price or you may regret not to have bought this one because you will not be able to find one at that price. It depends also on your budget (and this can vary from one month to another, well for me anyway it's like that so one item I would not buy one month can be affordable the next month). The other problem is that you must add the postage costs and it can be expensive for heavy machines. So, you will see ;-)

Unfortunately I have not yet for 9.5 mm projectors. In the past, they only lent them to me. : (
For 8mm, I have a good Eumig P8 phonomatic novo, maybe I could find such a thing as good for 9.5 mm!

The good side of that is that there is someone in your circle involved with 9,5 (or at least who owns a 9,5 projector). I advise to buy a reliable projector as, more than in other gauges, a not well designed machine could damage your films. You will find interesting comments and experiences about that on the net. It seems to be a good idea to read all that is related to a specific model that is to sell, rather than read anything about it and search for something specific as it could be hard to find. You are starting with 9,5 so let do it step by step. You already have the camera and film stock. I am sure that if you buy some 9,5 films you will want your own projector, too. I advise you to look on British ads as it tends to be a little bit cheaper as the British people are more conservative than others so they have more machines in good condition on their market. Good luck.

It's true, Dominique, in the UK I have always found that most projectors elsewhere (same applies to the fleeting appearances of editor viewer), unfortunately not always openly functioning or very expensive, but the proposal certainly wider.
I am concerned only the different electric plug, but I do not think it's a problem, just an adapter on the plug, the volts are the same (in Italy 230v, 240v in UK).

Luigi, I answered your private message but I had to do it in three parts as the site bugs sometimes on my mobile phone. I hope you had it complete and it can help you.
