Anybody have any idea what year or film title this one goes under. Its a blackhawk print but I can not source it under RUDOLPH THE RED NOSED REINDEER. I think it is a Max Fleischer
PA Power film could have been released by Columbia.

I have a copy of that film, purchased from Derann many years ago.
I think it's from the very early 50's. The narration sounds as if it had been recorded in a bathroom. It isn't a fault on the print, the video version is exactly the same.

The colour is surprisingly good. The sound sounded okay on the
editor I havent got a chance yet to show it in the cinema
