Yes Guys and Gals.

Mr Elmo celebrates the big 50 today so let us all wish him well.
He now moves into the senior section at the BFCC events!

Happy Birthday, Kevin!

I believe Plautus came up with that phrase shortly after Kevin fixed the recording problem with his GS-MCC (Version I of course)

Many happy returns Kev, I think we should all lobby Elmo to bring out a special 'Centenary Edition' of the GS 1200 in your honour! [Wink]

Happy Birthday Mr. Elmo!
I second the 50th Anniversary GS1200. HTI Lamp, 1.0 lens Standard, built in Synchronizer from Pedro, 2,3,4,5 blade shutter change at the flick of the switch, multimetric focusing...hmmm, anything else we need on this beautiful commemorative machine?

Now your 50 you should take it easier, no charging around on that super bike of yours, maybe you should trade it in for a mobility car, i think you can get a GS version. [Big Grin]

Thanks Guys for the well wishes. Today has been a quiet day which was the way I wanted it. The surprise party the Family put on for me on Saturday was brilliant but I needed today to get over it. Sunday? well I dont remember too much of it which was probably down to all the whisky I drunk on saturday.
50! well what more can i say? you guys have done a pretty good job of that for me.
BTW Chris, The superbike stays!!!
Sorry if I didnt reply to individual emails this last couple of days but I have deleted about a months worth of emails by mistake. Thats probably down to my age and bad memory about how the recycle bin works in Win XP!!!
Thanks again everyone, Kev [Smile]
PS. Wish I was only 30yrs old again!!! [Wink]

Dear Kev,

Don't worry about the age, your joy
of the hobby and how you share
it with us is immeasureable,
and you are timeless.
Keeping the GS's purring at home,
and with all of us here on the forum,
keeps you and all of us to remain young at heart.
That's all that counts.
Many Happy Returns.

God Bless.
