I would have to agree with the 10mm Cinegon on the Leicina as the sharpest I have used. I did not find the 1.2 6-80 Angenieux lens to be that good of a performer. I got vignetting and it was sharp but equal in sharpness to the 6-66mm Optivarion used for the Leicina. It is different with a few more elements specifically designed for the Leicina. That is the sharpest zoom I have used.
The lens on the Canon 514xls, Elmo 350SL are surprisingly very good considering the price they are selling for.
The schneider lens on the Nizo 6080 is very good and contrasty, not as good as the Leicina ones but good.
And the softest images I had were from the Canon 310xl. They are acceptable but not what I would call sharp.
