Hi Does anyone know if Alex answers his emails.I enquired about some films I wanted about a month ago and he emailed me back to check on them and I haven't heard from him since.I have emailed him on three different occasions but to no avail.Thanks

After several months' attempts from late 2009 to early 2010 I gave up.And it wasn't a small order,it was over $ 300.
He always responds immediately and politely to your inquiries and then, silence! And again and again the same thing until you simply feel stupid and ridiculed just begging the man to sell you some films. Well, he can keep them and sit on them and take as much time as he likes, as far as I'm concerned. Try somewhere else. My advice.

I've actually called him rather than e-mail and found him to be quite a nice fella. Very good with shipping, too. Try getting in touch with him by phone. I've had very nice transactions with Alex.
