Birth of Nation (BoN) is a long movie. According to wikipedia:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Birth_of_a_Nation

Running time 190 minutes (at 16 frame/s)

On previous post, Dan Lail mentioned his Blackhawk:

quote:
....the numbers are LD400 BXB46 860502597 LOC0427 FTG 2930 0020096
http://8mmforum.film-tech.com/cgi-bin/ubb/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=1;t=005127#000000

FTG 2930 means that the BoA has 2930 feet. And using the film calculator:

http://www.kodak.com/US/plugins/flash/en/motion/filmCalculator.swf

2930 feet equals to 195 minutes if 18 fps or 220 minutes if 16 fps

1. Now, what is the fps for Blackhawk release?
2. How many version of BoN available on 8mm (Did Niles also release this)?
3. Someone says that he has a very full two 8" reels of BoN. Will it be complete according to any version ever released on super 8mm?

regards.
