Seller says it is one of a kind. It looks like an Americom Release that originally came with a flexidisc for the soundtrack which has been transferred.

I don't know who put it out, but the box art is great!

I highly doubt he'll get THAT price for it!

In addition to releasing silent digests with soundtrack records (as Joe said), Americom also put out mag sound versions of some of their titles.

This seller also uses the term 'HARDLY NO WEAR' on both his listings - we all think we know what he means but it's a bit a like saying 'I ain't done nothin'

I don't think this is a real sound print from Americom. The box is home-made and I'm assuming that the film was originally soundstriped and then recorded by a collector. It's hard to tell for sure since the real sound Americom prints had the subtitles just like their silent prints. I guess that was easier than having two negatives. Just won a Americom Popeye print from Peru (!) on Ebay that is a real sound print since the box is marked "sound."

Just for the record (no pun intended).... Which Americom titles were available in sound-striped editions? Did they actually have the sub-titles on the sound prints? Blech! What a jip!
