Hi, I've run out of ideas and need help from the group.

I stripped down part of my Sankyo 1000 - primarily the drive shaft and the shutter blades (I'm making a telecine machine and this is one of the steps).

I had to also remove the film advancer mechanism. And here's the rub.

After reassembling it, the film wouldn't advance. That was because with the blades removed, I'd not relocated the advancer correctly along the shaft.

I've addressed that, so that the film now advances, but now the frame is displaced vertically. Even with the framer slider moved either way.

Here's what it looks like sdrv.ms/12KX0Gw

Tracking Issues

I have both a 1000 and a 100H, so I can compare side-by-side, but I can't see anything else that's different.

Question - is there a simple way to readjust the advancer? If someone has a PDF of the technical manual I would appreciate it.

Thanks in advance.

Ian

G'day Ian, I'm on Oz also, I have a 2000, I'm not sure if it is the same as the 1000?
I've built a ton of telecine machines in the past, drop me a PM and I might be able to help.
