Murder In 3-D

Third Dimension Murder is a seven minute MGM comedy/crime short filmed in Technicolor in 1941.

Anybody have the box art for it?

Thanks

Hi My copy just came in Derann's generic box. Perhaps the original release was in a better one.

Did Perry's do this a long time age?

Hi Dave

I don't know it's origin. I just got it in a film can and I hate film cans. I did find a screen shot from a website. However. I was just wondering if there was any box art for it. Apparently it's very rare.

Of course,it's not Technicolor, only two-color.The film had never a box art.Eric Spilker who originally issued it in super 8, in America, sold it in plain white boxes.Ditto for Derann or whoever reprinted it in England.I have used the ads of the film for my box.If you want it,let me know.

Panayotis

Please do send me what you have. I thought that might be the case. Thanks for the info.

This is the original Spilker ad that came with the film.

Pat,

Mine came with this artwork:

 -

The graphic came from Friday the 13th Part 3. I've sent you a hi-res file in case you can use it. The 3D effect in my print is not very good.
The leader says "Spilker Film Co.", however I got it from Perry's.
