It looks like home movie film stock, taken out of cartridges, but then, it's another country and they're film stock may look quite different.

THere are blended frames at image cuts! It might have been shot off an LCD HD screen. Not that I do not like such a procedure, but it should be done frame by frame so as to achieve a frame discreet "print" of the original. Osi, why'd you think the film has ben pulled off the cartridge???

The scans look good because they are still pictures and the high contrast plus high color definition. But I bet when you see this one while being projected, the image will be seen funny to your eyes (since this is not taken frame by frams as Maurizio has pointed out).

I can see this is taken by a movie camera from upper corner right, you will see dust there, a common thing happens to old camera that is never cleaned.

1. The film stock, which has the black borders in the sprocket area, indicative of home movie stock.

2. The person is only releasing trailers, and all the trailers fit within the two minute margin for a super 8 home movie cassette at 24 fps sound speed. If the person releases some three and a half minute trailers, like the "Lord of the Rings" ones, then I might just be wrong, (unless the person splices home movie stock footage from two cassettes).
