I have two Dick Tracy cartoons on 16mm sound in black & white from 1961.

Hi Chad. The 1974-75 Ken Films catalog lists three Dick Tracy films (UA222-Brain Game, UA223-Racer Chaser, and UA224-Red Hot Riding Hoods). Each was available in Super 8 silent b/w editions, 50' ($2.95) and 200' ($7.95) versions.
