Hi all,
We recently have repaired an Elmo TRV-S8 filmscanner. The problem was that there was a strange round figure in the image. When examining the opal / milk glass between the lamp and lens, I found the problem. There was a piece of this material melted.
So, after some research and discussions with plastic manufactures we managed to fabricate this part. I also have put this now in my webshop. Maybe this can help you as well.
