Great new ! It is indeed very easy to reach Argenteuil by train from Paris (less than 20 minutes). Hope to see you there, Jean-Marc.

Hello Jean-Marc,

During this fair, I assume a special tribute will be pay to Pierre Tchernia ("Monsieur Cinéma") who passed away few weeks ago.

He made a lot to promote Cinema through the TV....

Hi Phil, so far I've only received the pre-booking details for exhibitors and I don't know the exact program of special events. I *suppose* that there will be a Pierre Etaix tribute as he was a regular visitor/guest of honor of the fair (saw him again last year). But, you are right, a tribute to Pierre Tchernia would be a good idea.

I've heard that there will be a tribute to Pierre Etaix but Nothing has been said about Pierre Tchernia. Pierre Tchernia also worked on Belgian television, as did a French actor completely unknown in France, Bernard Faure. Bernard Faure, who also passed away recently made a lot of hidden cameras and was known as "Monsieur Zigo". To come back to Les cinglés, it seems that the sellers can choose in which room they want a table, so the organisators probably hope that there will be more numerous than last year thanks to the reduction of the price of the tables. let's keep our fingers crossed :-)

The 2018 edition is confirmed. It will happen on the 26th and the 27th January.

Here is a kind a promo. It is in French but you can see some footage of what was on sale (mainly at the beginning and at the end of the "clip").
