What kind of scratches are not repairable/removable with either FilmGuard or FilmRenew? If memory serves me right, GREEN scratches are permanent and BLACK can be reduced or eliminated from a print with a cleaner? Which cleaner is safest for mag striped film?

Base side scratches can be lessened in effect emulsion scratches can't, printed in ones (from the master material) also can't be lessened in any way.
