Does anybody have any info on this fairly unknown standard 8mm company?

When it began?
How long did it release standard 8mm?

I see occasional Exclusive films on ebay (usually 100ft or 50ft Three Stooges shorts with really neat green boxes!)

but little is known about thi company?

Any help folks?
