Hi. I have a stereo audio track captured from a Super-8 movie with the Sound on the Left Channel and on the Right Channel a 24 fps once-per-frame pulse (I think at 1K).

I have captured this into my computer as a stereo track.

Can anyone recommend software that will let me import my audio file, and then use the 1K track to control the audio playback speed and render the track at synced speed? If the answer is that any good audio program such as Pro Tools can do this, could I trouble you to explain HOW it is done? I have no problem sliding an audio track into sync with the picture --- I'm talking about how to get the audio track to render at the correct speed making use of the 1K pulse. Thanks. Mark.
