Someone have the Erno RE-904 NF or the equivalent Goko RM 8008 and have changed to it the light bulb with a more powerful?
I have always considered this editor a unique jewel, but the brightness and the definition never fully satisfied me.
Basically it has a 6V 10W BA15s bulb, but I have not found suggestions for the change with an equivalent halogen, as happens for other editors: maybe it could damage the film?
Thank you. [Smile]

I have a differend halogeenlamp in my MM1, but when the unit gets hot after a minute of 3 the light shuts off for a while.
So you can use it for searching, but you need to shut off the lamp everytime you don't need it.
You can forget about watching a whole film with the electric drive

I think a hotter bulb could damage the film.

Why don't try to use LED...it is brighter but less watt.

Thank you all. I'm looking for a LED replacement.
On two editors that I have, I have halogen, but only because the replacement was recommended by some laboratory.
On a 9.5mm projector I have a LED (cold light), not bad as a result ...
