I looked up the list price for this machine. And I could not believe it! The list price was 2200.00. Wow! That was more than the Elmo GS1200 machine! It listed for 1499.00.

UK Movie Maker Magazine of October 1982 lists the new price at GBP £635. Imported by E.Leitz (Instruments) Ltd.
Same issue lists the Elmo GS-1200 at GBP £869. Imported by C.Z.Scientific Instruments Ltd.

The prices I got came from the projector price list of 1980. Some of the best machines were expensive!

The exchange rate for October 1982 was 1.7.
This makes the Bauer T610 = US $1080.
The Elmo GS-1200 = US $1477.
