Just curious to know if What's Opera Doc, the Bugs Bunny & Elmer Rudd cartoon, has ever been released on super 8mm?

Yes!

I have a print. I bought it used (Derann used list, about 2010) and it's not in original packaging, so I don't know who printed it.

-but it exists.

At the same time I got a print of "Wabbitt Twouble", also on a Bonum reel and labeled in the same handwriting, so somebody did me a favor.

Thanks Steve. Does it still have good color?

Yes, the color is good, sharpness, not quite perfect.

Sound is downright Operatic! (Just as it should be!)

My Dad didn't like Bugs very much, described him as a "wise ass".

(Never mind that he was just defending himself most of the time.)

-but Dad loved classical music and this is the cartoon that actually brought him over to Bugs Fandom!

I have this print as well and the color has held up well, though I do not think that it is a low fade print, just eastman that has held up well. I'll have to look at it.

I'll have to take a picture of it and put it up here. But for a number of years, i used to correspond with Chuck Jones (I was at one time an aspiring animator), and on my birthday one year (1987) Chuck Jones did a pencil sketch of Bugs "Brunhilde" Bunny for me!
