The title isn't wrong. The Black Hole (which most think is the first Disney PG) came out in december 79, while this film, released by Disney's Buena Vista, came out in January 79. Now, whether Disney actually produced it or they just distributed it, is another whole issue which I unfortunately do not have the answer to.

This is a drama/comedy by Disney, but not like thier comedy's of the 70's. It's quite serious in fact. A high school coach must take some ragtag high school kids and make them into a wrestling team. As these films go, the ragtag wrestling team makes it to the major competitions, and it of course ends in a get up and cheer for the underdog kind of ending.

This was also Lorenzo lamas' first feature film role, as the sexy high school kid, (well, my wife thought and still thinks Lorenzo lamas is sexy, but he can't hold a candle to me ... haha!).

The Film print is in very good condition. Sound is your average booming mono, the image is pin sharp, much like your watchi9ng a 16MM print. I would grade the color at a 7.5 or 8 out of 10. A little fade, but not bad at all.

The biding starts at 49.99. I believe that you will not find this on Blu Ray, DVD, laserdisc or even VHS. It's not that it's not a good film, in fact, some ratings guides give it as high as 3 out of 4 stars. It's just one of those films that was and is, lost to time.

However, this will most certainly be the only way that you can possibly watch this film!

The steps for a link:

Once you have posted your film on EBay, right-click on the "window" at the top of the page and hit "copy."

Then all you have to do is open a post here on the forum, place the mouse pointer within the message box, and right-click. Point to "Paste" and left-click on it. You get this:
