Hi I am looking for a yelco super 8 lens, 1.2 would be nice or 1,1 if there is one about.
All I have at the moment is a 1.4, though still quite good it would be nice to go a little better.

Many Thanks Mark.

Hi Mark,
I have a Yelco lens I dont need but it is only a 1.3 15-30mm. If you want it, im willing to swap it for any old trailer you dont want (non scope preferred, no porn [Big Grin] ).

I can also post a photo, its black and around 70-80mm long. I dont have a Yelco projector so have no use for it.

Hi Graham, thanks, I`ll try to dig something out, shame its not a 1.2 !!! but a step up a bit more. Appreciate the finding etc.

Best Mark.

2 I`ve got up on ebay are Brass Target or The Crusades, either of those tickle your fancy.

Ok then Mark, if you still want it (even though its only a 1.3)
The lens barrell is 30mm wide with a groove about 25mm from the end.

I will swap it for Brass Target. Email me your address and I will post it to you Tue.

To be honest Mark, I dont think the 1.3 will make that much difference unless the 15-30mm will give a wider picture (ive never understood those measurements).

If Yelco did make a 1.2 or 1.1 it might be better to wait for one of those to come along. The 1.3 is yours if you want it but dont expect miracles.

Hi Graham, sorry its taken me a while to get back on and organised. Just about.

I think you are right, probably nothing in it really but thank you for the offer.

I would still have gone ahead as you were kind enough to bother etc, but I think a 1.2, which I know you can get will be a big improvement.

I wonder if the Fuji 1.0 would fit ??? anyone got one please. I think Yamawa were fuji, though I know the later more automatic models were different on the lens fitting front.

Anyway thanks again Graham.

Best Mark.

PS the light and image on the 1.4 I have with a xenophot 100 ( thanks Bart, great for bulbs etc) watt bulb is really rather good. Quite surprising really.

Mark, email me your address and I will post you the 1.3 for free as I have 2 and only want 1. The lens is just in a drawer all the time and never gets used. Besides I was given the lenses for free [Wink]
