Hello. A few weeks back my projector stopped playing Color film. And about 10 days ago it started to struggle with B&W. Since I'm not an expert at servicing projectors, I'm pretty sure I broke it for good trying to fix the shutter.
So, that being said, I was hoping someone here had something affordable and working that they were willing to part with.

There's a good chance that you can find one at CineSea, if you don't mind waiting a month.
Having said that, I cannot figure out how a projector decides to treat color stock differently than black & white.

Maybe Dave means „polyester“ and „acetate“ Film stock?
