I thought I'd send you the link to a video that i just posted for the ELMOGS 1200. It comes with the seperate "remote control" that plugs into the projector, (not shown in the video) as well as two extra ELMO brand 200 watt projector lamps, (and there is a working lamp in the projector as well). By the way, When I was demonstrating the magnetic stereo sound, I didn't flip back a switch so the playback was only at 18 fps instead of 24, hence the slower sound. The playback is at a hearty 24 fps or faster.

It will cost approximately 80.00 dollars to ship in the continental U.S.

I'm asking 900.00 for this projector. My e-mail address is ...

If you're wanting to talk down the price, don't bother to e-mail.

Osi, I noticed that the green load lever did not pop back up once the film loaded on the take up reel, and how come you had to hold it down while the film loaded I don't have to do that on mine?

Osi, it seems you push the reverse key on the operation keyboard before pulling the rewind lever; that could explain why the projector rewinds slowly as you mention in the video: you don't have to push any buttons on the operation keyboard if you just want to rewind the film at the end of projection: simply pull the yellow lever out and there you go...

Ho Osi. If the green threading lever is not releasing its likely the micro switch behind the green exit chute needs changing over. Did mine a bit ago in my GS workhorse I use the most.

Hii Osi, It looks like the micro switch is bad or it needs a good spraying of tuner cleaner! You have the older model. It never had a strong rewind! Unless you modify it. Good luck on your sale!

Thanks for the comments. Usually I don't hold that down, I think was thinking of one of my other projectors that i have to hold down the button, as the ELMO does load very nicely and, without my help.

John C reminded me that I didn't pull the "toggle switch" when I was rewinding on the ELMO. Even with that pulled, the rewind was slow. I have heard that this earlier version of the GS1200 never had a strong rewind. I honestly wish i idn't have to sell this projector quite frankly, but the need to raise money for a vehicle is what makes it necessary.

The funny thing is that, when I rewind things, when I use the ELMO, I actually tend to rewind on an old "Copal' projector as that little old whiz bang has a tremendously FAST rewind.

... but I did want to show any and all known issues with this ELMO. With such an expensive purchase, you don't want to surprise the buyer with issues they didn't see ahead of time. [Smile]
