"Disney Cartoon Classics, volume 1", is probably an American issue. 400ft spool with quoted running time of 16.9 minutes. Colour is still very good on the Fuji stock.

As usual, each cartoon has new printed titles and is abbreviated, however, the editor has done a superb job to keep the story of each of the five vintage cartoons. Each cartoon finishes with an iris out but the last cartoon has its original end title.

Three Little Pigs 1933
The Pied Piper 1933
Three Little Wolves 1936
Grasshopper And The Ants 1934
Old King Cole 1933

I just recently picked up a copy of this off of eBay. The 3 little pigs segment is missing so it was a bargain and I picked it up. I'm more of a Warner bros cartoon fan than Disney but have to say this was a pretty nice reel. It works as a nice preview reel because now I may end up looking for a few of the full cartoons featured here. My print also has good color also.

How many volumes of these did they make?

On the plus side, you gets clips from Disney cartoons that I believe were never released on super 8 otherwise.

The only down side is that soome of them were released on full length versions. Definitely get a UK film printing of this is you wish, as the color will probably still be spot on. [Smile]

From the picture of the Grasso spool and the fact it is on Fuji stock I would have thought it was a UK Buck Labs print.
