A strange enquiry but does anyone know where in the UK I could get hold of a cheap, old cinema usherette's ice cream vendor tray? The plastic ones with a strap used to shelve popcorn and other refreshments while she stood in the aisle during intervals.

These ice cream trays are supplied by the maker, or agent, of the ice cream being sold.
Try contacting Lyons Ice Cream.
You might be lucky in getting a tray from your local cinema, but it will probably be damaged as they were going to throw it away.
Probably would not let you have it if it was in good condition.
