Do you need the rubber part or a casting?
The rubber feet are common with the ST and 312 (RM/NT).

That's going to be tough unless it's parted out of another machine. Have you thought about trying to fit the pieces from that more common SL series?
I had to buy a rear casting and front elevator assembly back in 1975 and it had to be shipped from the factory in Japan to Los Angeles and that was after they claimed "they had no more".
Remember these machines were discontinued back in 1971.
