Hi all,
I have a 16mm copy of this film in my collection which was purchased a good number of years ago. Has this title ever been released on 8mm? I am sure it did not appear in the Blackhawk catalogues and never, to my knowledge, in any U.K. sales lists. Hardy is a Stage Magician and Laurel is his "Helper" with predictable results!

This was not released in 8mm.
I am not aware of any service outside of the U.S.A., and to my knowledge the 16mm "Magician" segment was released as a very good dupe copy, by a company in California.
The full length 16mm feature was available through some sources.
