Hey all,

I use my Elmo 16-CL to look at my films projected--the 50mm use to work okay in the space I had, but I've recently had to move to a smaller studio space and consequently have a much smaller throw distance.

I really need to get hold of a wide-angle projection lens for the 16-CL. I think the two options are the 12.5mm or the 20mm. Any thoughts on where I can pick one of these up (besides ebay, which seems to be barren)?

Any thoughts or leads would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Tim

Tim, not as wide as what you're asking, but perhaps you could use these:
Bauer lens
Isco lens

Not cheap!

Tim, avoid the 12.5 as it's meant for back projection on a small screen. The 20mm is good, and don't forget the excellent 38mm. There are a few 25mm out there as well but they are harder to find. See the formula to calculate your lens need on this thread
Larry Urbanski has currently a 38mm for sale (see here)
Otherwise, be patient, they all show up on Ebay regularly (this is where I found the entire range).
