I have just added a 1200' film to my collection from the Viscom Limited 16mm library who were at Park Hall Road Trading Estate, London SE21 8EL.
On the can is a sticker with the words:-

"WARNING - It is illegal to copy this programme and THE TRAINING FILM & VIDEO ASSOCIATION will pay a £1000 REWARD for information leading to the successful prosecution of any person or organisation who copies this or any other programme, owned or distributed by its members, for information regarding this reward scheme contact the distributor of this cassette/film."

Who are/were this association? I know of FACT (Federation Against Copyright Theft), but not this one.

Park Hall Road trading Estate is about 2 miles from me. It used to be the factory of the Telephone Equipment Manufacturing Company. It was later bought by Pye and became Pye TMC, which was bought by Philips and closed.

I never knew there was a film library there, unfortunately.
