Wanted for my collection Metropolis from 1927 directed by Fritz Lang. Either 16mm or an 8mm gauge. Silent or Sound. Doesn't really bother me, would just like to have a film copy of this great Sci-Fi classic.

Beware on this title that most of the prints out there are horrible dupes from badly cut versions of the film....

Sadly, so far as I know, there were no 16mm prints struck from the Kino restoration...

Hi Steve:

I watched the restored DVD of Metropolis the other day and I think Kino offer's rental print's in 16mm and 35mm of this title. I wonder what pre-print source these print's are from?
