Hello...
I bought a good print of this cult feature some weeks ago but the opening title is shortened due to a former damage.
So, now Iīm looking for the "Science Fiction Double feature" title sequence...
or any reels which are for offer to complete my print.

And I have a question: in my print the last song "Super Heroes" has been removed and the first part of the end credits - without a visible cut. Can someone tell me why or is only my print like that?

Thank You very much for Your interest,
Oliver

Being a fan of Rocky Horror since the early 80s, Super Heroes was not in the original American release. Also the end credits in the American release included The Time Warp reprise.
In the UK release a downbeat reprise of Science Fiction/Double Feature was included at the end credits and superheroes was intact.

Unfortunately for collectors, 16mm prints of 'Rocky Horror' are liable to have been rented a lot, so anyone finding one with little or no missing footage - particularly around the start of reels - would be very lucky. You could look into getting Marco - the chap in Italy who produces inexpensive 16mm replacement footage from DVDs/Blu-rays - to print you the section you need.

I few years ago I was fortunate enough to buy an American low fade polyester print of the later US reissue - with the complete Superheroes and the Science Fiction Double Feature reprise - but it was expensive!

All prints/dvds now include superheroes. There is also another sequence that is on some issues of the movie. A solo by Brad (Barry Bostwick) in the middle of the film.
I agree about most of the prints being well worn, 16mm and 35mm.
In the early 80s, the theater that it played at, here in Rochester, had a very beat up 35mm print. It was especially beat up at the end credits. The worst I've ever seen. IIRC maybe 50 splices!
The follow up movie "Shock Treatment" has faired no better. According to sources there are only 2 35mm prints in existence. I saw a showing in Cleveland in 2007 and the 35mm print was unwatchable. On the flipside, back when I was collecting 16mm, back in the 90s, I had a mint print of ST. I got it from Sabucat(remember them?).
