Hi,
Does anyone know where I can purchase a quantity of those little plastic clips which fit over the end of the film when on a reel, to stop the film unravelling - similar to the 8mm ones - or any similar device?

Not sure of the actual name for these little devices, but I hope the title and content of this thread is an adequate description.

(I shall also need some similar devices for 8mm).

Thanks,

I've never seen such a thing for 16mm. They did have some cardboard straps that circled around the print - but they're not easy to find.

What I do is use artist's paper tape to tape down the end of the film. It holds well, but peels off with no residue.

Also - buy a roll of leader and make sure that all of your prints have good long leaders...
