Hi all,
I need help appraising these lenses, please [Smile] !!!

1) Isco- Gottingen Vario-Kiptagon 1:1,3/ 15-30

2) 16mm Super D Proval 2 inch f/|.4

3) Astro- Kino- Color IV 1: 1,4 50mm

Hi Elyas

These are all usually good quality lenses, being from Bell and Howell and also Siemens 16mm sound projectors. They are the standard 50mm or 2" lenses by the look of it. Also a zoom lens.

To appraise them, clean the glass at both ends and then look through them towards a light. Watch for anything inside thats not crystal clear. Any wisps or fungal growth will be visible to you and any cloudiness is bad.

Make sure there are no chips in the glasses, especially on the small end glass. Thats the important end to watch for.

So don't judge them till you have looked closely inside them all and ensure they are crystal clear before buying.
