Hi Vidar, Zoom lens for 16mm were available, but most used fixed focal lenses, 1in 2in etc.

I bought ones of these a number of years ago 16mm Bell & Howell FILMOVARA ZOOM CONVERTER LENS for the price its a useful lens to have. It does work with other projectors like my ELF.
Also this SANKOR ZOOM CONVERTER LENS Atachment 0.75 - 1.25X
I have bought from ICE-MTE over the years they are OK.

Thanks, bought the B&H one, was cheap too :-)

Super, hope this will work ...

Now for the horrid anamorphic lens problems again :-/

I like widescreen better than scope films, as widescreen is sharp and crisp, anamorphic is much blurrier and difficult to find the right spot for.

I set up my anamorphic in front of where I usually have the projector, the picture gets 5m+ wide and I have only a 2m screen width. Fine for IMax 180 degrees? And I can not get a sharp picture all over, if it's okay in one position, the other end is not. Subtitles on my Ghostbusters 16mm feature is unreadable, whilst without the lens, picture is sharp and nice

Vidar, I thought same like you. I was allways disapointed with the 16mm scope features because it was not possible to get a sharp focus. But this is a lens problem. If you use a Elmo 16CL, you need a 38mm lens and a Elmo scope lens which you can screw direct on the 38mm lens.

I might have found that now :-) I hope all is going through okay. Also bought a zoom lens for the 16-CL, so I can use it at about the same range as my others (now it needs 3 or 4 metres extra to fill the screen)

I do hope I'll get scope to be sharper than I get now, even with the nice Rectimascope lens

I have also a Elmo zoom lens, it is sharp like the 50mm and 38mm but for scope you need a Elmo scope lens which you can screw direct on the lens and this is not possible on the zoom lens. You can do that only with the 50mm, 38mm and 20mm but 20mm is not good for a scope image.
Other very important think is, donīt project agly. It is very important to project exact direct. Every litle cm sideway or high is a killer for a sharp image on the screen.

This is the description I got

Bausch & lomb scope prime lens & scope lens all in one

Guess that means it is attached to the prime lens and it should fit the 16-CL ... The zoom lens I ordered separately from Urbanski and I do want a zoom lens too
