We went out to see Disney's Chicken Little, and it was very well made.
I had doubt, if Disney would be able to match the work of Pixar and Dreamworks.
The animation and story are excellent. As much as I loved Madagascar this did not disappoint. The story moved along at a very good pace, and it's good for children and adults. The music is blended very well with the story.
Move over Steven Spielberg, Disney shows how a film is fun.

Michael, you're right, this is no Pixar material (can't wait for "Cars") but still a rather entertaining little movie. Kirby the alien is quite cute.
I hear the 3D version is amazing, anyone saw that?
I'm seeing "Narnia" this afternoon, wonder how that will be...

Jean-Marc,
Glad to hear that Chicken Little was enjoyed too.
Kirby was very cute, I would love to see this again in 3D.
Interestingly, Wallace and Grommit have been locally bumped off the theatre map in our area. I wonder what had happened?
Narnia opens today out by you? We need to wait until this Friday.
I am looking forward to Narnia also. I understand that the toys for Narnia,
are modeled by the creators that molded the original models in order
to study the characters prior to production.

Saw Narnia yesterday. The film is opening after Xmas here (I'm married to a film journalist and she sometimes takes me to advance screening).
It's very true to the book and very well made. A bit slow but so is the book. The creatures are great (particularly Aslan and the Beavers) and the final battle scene is quite enjoyable.
Shame about W&G, it is still a major hit here, along with Corpse Bride.
Can't wait for Kong next week...
