Just been listening to The Film Programme on BBC Radio 4. It was a fascinating half hour special looking at the life of Herbert Lom, perhaps best known for his roles in The Pink Panther and The Ladykillers. It makes great listening and can be heard again for the next few days here;

Yeah, I always looked forward to the slow burn that Herbert Lom would do in those Pink Panther films. Though Peter Sellers was always great, I really looked forward to Herbert Lom.

Herbert Lom became a star in my young eyes as the Phantom of the Opera, and as Captain Nemo in Mysterious Island. Those were great films! [Smile]

Thank's for that link Mike - I enjoyed the listen very much. And it's nice to know that Herbert is still around and active in the film business.
