Someone on Ebay choose to be paid with MoneyBookers.com.

I have visited that page but hardly to understand what is the difference between MoneyBookers and PayPal.

has anyone used MoneyBookers? and can share here please.

There are fees associated with Paypal, but I have used them for years and never had a problem.
