A friend of mine wishes to join the 8mm Forum and has sent me an email which says:-

"I am trying to register with the 8mm Forum but it keeps saying that I have not read the page. What is this all about?"

Can the administrators please advise.

You have to "read" the rules first before it will let you register.

My friend says he has read the entire page but there is nothing to denote that he has done so, and no rules to accept nor decline.

Any more advice will be welcome.

Please ask your friend to read the page again, slowly. There is a very important bit of information there that he has missed. It can be tricky, however over 3,000 people so far (including yourself) have figured it out.
