Print issues by Disney's Buena Vista were much later than those prints distributed by R.K.O. for Disney, and as such, are most unlikely to be I.B. as the earlier prints were.

I've bought from that seller, watched other of his auctions, and would have to say this is an inadvertent slip. He knows what he's doing!
