Could Tesco be prosecuted for misleading information? In the Electronics section of the district store which I use there are large display cards all over the lap-top computers for sale which proclaim "Windows 10 is here".

Closer examination reveals quite a small sticker on each which says :- Loaded with Windows 8.1. Windows 10 is available as a free down-load".

I think this is a shabby way to sell a new product. Why couldn't they wait until the computers were actually Windows 10?

Total rip off, I hate Tesco, and would never shop there.

Those who, for any reason, don't want to connect their computer on the net will, indeed, not have the announced version.
