I'm working on another article about film collecting for an pro cinema industry magazine. Is there any UK-based member here on the forum who has worked - or does work - professionally in film production, post production, telecine, digital mastering or projection, who would be interested in being quoted in a pro film technology magazine about collecting Super 8, 16mm (and possibly 35mm). I'm particularly interested in getting a professional view of the quality and artistic benefits of film as a presentation medium in the home, as compared to digital tech. If you have a screening room at home too, that would be great.

I only need to ask you a couple of questions by e-mail, but I do need answers before end of sunny day today! Sorry for the rush - nature of the business...

Either reply below or send me PM. I will also be posting this request on reelmagic forum.

I can't help you but Rob Young comes to mind. Maybe he will see this thread!

Kevin Clark in the UK will be my choice if I were you.

If I am not mistaken he has also done a similar article for Small Format magazine a long time ago, co-writting with Andreas Eaggling from Germany side.

He may be contacted through a private email.

Thanks, Winbert and Bill. Yes, I know Kevin well and was just communicating with him on another subject yesterday. I will talk to him about it, but if Rob can chime in as well, that would be great.
