Hello, first time posting so apologies and please correct me if I get anything wrong.
I have an Emdeko 3502 8mm projector and it looks like I need a replacement for the rubber portions of the drive tire. The one I had was completely melted and left gooey tar residue (assuming due to heat from the lamp) that I cleaned with isopropyl and a wire brush. I don't know the dimensions of the tires but I believe there should be a tire on the outer rim for the forward catch and one around the shaft for reverse.
I believe this model may be similar in design to the Argus 500 projector so the parts may be compatible, but I can't say for sure. I contacted a seller on eBay and they are looking for about $25 for the tires, but I thought I'd check here before proceeding.
Also, if I'm able to acquire the tires does anyone know how I should affix them to the wheel? Is there a type of glue I should use? Thank you.
