Description: When I purchased this I was told it was a Steve Villarino print. There is some preprint wear in the form of speckles and such. Not the highest quality but it can be acceptable for a cartoon that may have not been released otherwise! There is a main and balance mag stripe though I believe there is only a Mono recording at the moment.
