I saw 50ft of 3m tape for £10 inc. postage on eBay if that is all you need. Best to just search for super 8 leader tape.

CHC have a box with assorted types of leader, so might have something suitable. Otherwise, if you have Derann releases in their original form that you haven't checked recently, you sometimes find about 10 feet of spare blank 'leader' at the start or end!

Very much depends on what length you are looking for.
There's plenty of sellers out there that will supply 50ft but I ended up buying 1000ft from urbanskifilm.com
They also have an ebay account which often ends up cheaper
