Just what is the point of it ?

There is an Ebay seller in the States selling some pretty good super 8 films. They are all being listed on Ebay UK. So far, so good. However, on all his films he says "No international bidders."

I am assuming he is not responsible for his listings wandering onto the UK site, but why is Ebay UK so intent on promoting overseas items, particularly when we cannot bid on them?

I just don't see the point.
