Prepare yourselves, I am going to praise something that I NEVER thought I would ever praise in my wildest dreams! You ready!?! I just want to say that I really love the GSP, the Global Shipping program offered by eBay!!! GASP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OK, now that everyone is adjusting to the shock, I will explain. While I still say that the GSP is outrageously high when it comes to shipping films, it is apparently and obviously very affordable when it comes to large objects! I just received, from Stuart (many thanks for the deal, Stuart!), My 940S stereo Eumig projector. Originally, if I had bought it from Stuart directly, the shipping was going to be about 170.00 dollars, and I don't know if that was pounds or US dollars. Stuart chose to list it on eBay and immediately emailed me suggesting that I might get a lower cost in shipping. He wasn't kidding! It cost, in US dollars, approximately 71.00 dollars American, with an additional 20.00 dollars tax on the item, but I was saving so much, I didn't complain ... Too much. It arrived, from the time he placed it in the mail, one week and three days! So, you still get screwed on low dollar items, but you get a reel deal on heavy, high dollar items.
